Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a maintenance supervisor to oversee facility operations at our properties. You will direct maintenance staff, manage preventive programs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across boilers, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

The role requires hands-on expertise, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate contractors while maintaining parts inventories and uptime across casino facilities.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in a similar maintenance role preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Knowledge of operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to obtain/maintain required certifications and/or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Administer overall maintenance operations to keep facilities and equipment at peak efficiency.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline maintenance staff.
• Develop and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and building codes.
• Possess thorough knowledge of boilers, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
• Monitor staffing levels according to business needs.
• Coordinate and supervise sub-contracted projects.
• Maintain and oversee purchasing and parts inventories.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
