CCMC is seeking a Facilities Director to lead maintenance across association-owned properties in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facilities management, a technical degree is preferred, and strong project-management and supervisory abilities. You will manage budgets, coordinate contracts, inspect sites, and collaborate with residents, staff, and vendors.
Able to work evenings/weekends and respond to emergencies. Proficiency with MS Office and solid communication are required.

The Facilities Director is responsible for overseeing and performing a wide range of operational tasks that will play a crucial role in executing our company’s purpose statement: We build community by bringing people together in the neighborhoods where they live and, in the offices, where we work. If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
