Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of space planning, preliminary design, and construction services experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD and construction documents.
• Ability to manage design development and coordinate multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates space occupancy and utilizes County standards and codes for renovations.
• Prepares renovation/addition estimates and project schedules.
• Produces design and construction documents and coordinates with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines.
• Monitors contracts for budget, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Coordinates contractor work and occupant moves with timelines.
