Job summary

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and maintenance of its condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; clean and stock restrooms; empty trash and recycling.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks; ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Assist with setting up and taking down equipment for events or meetings; notify supervisors of major repairs.
• Complete tasks promptly with minimal supervision and keep supplies stocked.
• Work with a contract cleaning service when necessary.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
