Job summary

You will vacuum, mop, stock restrooms, and assist with event setups, with opportunities to perform basic repairs and work with a contract cleaning service as needed. The ideal candidate has cleaning experience, basic knowledge of cleaning products, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and upkeep of premises.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean spills with proper equipment.
• Perform minor repairs on facilities or equipment.
• Assist with setups for events or meetings.
• Notify supervisors of major repairs.
• Complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked.
• Work with contract cleaning services when needed.
• Manage time efficiently.
• Work independently or with a team.
