Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in high traffic areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, program spaces, and common areas.
• Perform continuous restroom checks and restocking of supplies (soap, paper goods, etc.).
• Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces throughout the day.
• Empty trash and recycling and ensure proper disposal.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests or spills to ensure safety.
• Support setup and breakdown of rooms for programs, meetings, and events.
• Keep entrances, walkways, and outdoor entry areas neat and clear.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and communicate restock needs.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service to members, staff, and visitors.
• Assist facility staff with light maintenance tasks as needed.
