Job summary

Union Depot seeks a Facilities Data Analyst to govern, analyze, and interpret facilities, maintenance, workforce, safety, and financial data to support enterprise operating control and risk management.

You will serve as the single source of truth for facilities performance metrics, enabling early detection of execution drift, system instability, and client impact, with executive-ready insights for weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly reviews. This onsite role is based at Gulfstream, Savannah.

Responsibilities

• Govern the analysis and interpretation of facilities, maintenance, workforce, safety, and financial data to support enterprise operating control and risk management.
• Serve as the single source of truth for facilities performance metrics, enabling early detection of execution drift, system instability, financial erosion, workforce risk, and client impact independent of individual sites or leaders.
• Support weekly operating control, bi-monthly stabilization governance, and monthly enterprise risk reviews through standardized metrics, heatmap scoring, and executive-ready insights.
