SP+ in Rochester, MN is hiring a janitorial associate to perform cleaning, maintenance, and customer interface tasks across facility areas. You will follow safety rules, report issues, and ensure restrooms and common areas remain clean and stocked.

The role may require 3rd shift and weekend availability, with physical tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds. High School Diploma or equivalent is expected, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Valid state-issued driver's license with current address and clean driving record.
• Availability for 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English clearly.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks per checklists to keep all areas tidy.
• Make multiple rounds daily to collect trash and debris.
• Empty trash receptacles inside and outside offices.
• Note and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
• Submit repair or maintenance requests and follow OSHA rules.
• Clean restrooms and maintain janitorial supplies inventory.
• Operate cleaning equipment as applicable and assist customers as needed.
