Cushman & Wakefield in New York City is seeking a Janitor to maintain clean and orderly offices, hallways, stairs, and common areas. The role includes interior cleaning, trash removal, restroom sanitation, and restocking supplies, with occasional exterior cleaning and light maintenance as needed.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or GED, prior cleaning experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will follow established procedures, use cleaning equipment safely, and report hazards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Some cleaning experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily interior cleaning of offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and restock supplies according to procedures.
• Assist with exterior cleaning and minor maintenance as needed.
• Follow safety rules and report hazards to management.
• Operate cleaning equipment and chemical agents safely.
