Qualificações

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Previous custodian or porter experience preferred.
• Ability to work in an environment with recurrent exposure to chemicals and industrial cleaners.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery.
• Stand/walk for long periods during shifts.
• Able to lift 15–50 lbs.
• Must read and write English.
• Occasional overtime and weekend availability.

Responsabilidades

• Service, clean, and supply all restrooms.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen sinks, floors, and drains.
• Clean, paint, and repair areas as needed.
• Monitor building security by locking doors after hours.
• Check electrical appliances to prevent hazards.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Gather and empty trash around offices and building.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage.
• Prepare cleaning solutions per specification.
• Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
• Identify and report sanitation issues.
• Requisition supplies or equipment as needed.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass partitions.
• Steam clean and/or shampoo carpets.
• Set up or remove decorations and furniture for events.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Sort and compact trash and recyclables.
• Identify damaged pallets and repair as needed.
• Work in environment with spices, heat, and noise.
