• Dependable, proactive, and willing to assist in a variety of facility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and recycling throughout the facility.
• Clean and restock restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean common areas as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness around building entrances and exterior areas.
• Replace HVAC and other facility filters according to schedule.
• Monitor and restock janitorial, restroom, and general facility supplies.
• Clean breakrooms and other shared employee areas.
• Perform basic building maintenance and minor repairs as appropriate.
• Identify and report maintenance, safety, or facility concerns.
• Assist with seasonal exterior upkeep and other facility-related tasks as assigned.
