Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and groomed appearance of common areas including bathrooms, kitchens and community rooms.
• Sweep, vacuum and shampoo rugs; clean floors, glass and fixtures.
• Assist with exterior tasks such as shoveling, sanding walkways and lawn upkeep when needed.
• Prepare apartments for turnover within guidelines.
• Clean community buildings, laundry rooms and offices; keep areas sanitary.
• Daily debris removal and cleaning of parking lots and dumpster areas.
• Assist Building Superintendent with basic maintenance repairs.
