Responsibilities

• Strip and refinish floors
• Clean restroom facilities daily
• Maintain appearance of grounds and parking areas
• Dust and arrange furniture
• Washes windows, woodwork and other surfaces
• Replaces light bulbs and fluorescent tubes
• Empties wastebaskets and other trash receptacles
• Locks and unlocks doors
• Sorts and stores material for recycling
• Report damages or needed repairs
