Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is seeking a full-time Custodian for the WFD Cleaning Services program located in Newark, NJ. The Custodian will maintain cleanliness of the administrative office building, including offices, restrooms, stairwells and hallways.

The role involves mopping, vacuuming, garbage detail and moving of items to support a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. High school diploma or GED is preferred along with prior custodian experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a custodian is highly preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED issued by a state DOE approved testing center highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Clean the administrative office building including offices, restrooms, stairwells and hallways.
