Job summary

Qualifications

Must be able to follow oral and written instructions in English.
Ability to use simple hand and power cleaning equipment.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

Remove trash and waste and place outside building in proper area.
Clean bathrooms, replace paper products and supplies to maintain sanitary conditions.
Dust, wash and polish walls, furniture, ceilings, doors and surfaces.
Clean interior glass and wash exterior windows as required.
Vacuum, shampoo or spot-clean carpet areas and maintain floor surfaces.
Sweep, mop, strip and wax hard floors to prolong life and cleanliness.
Move and arrange furniture to create an attractive facility.
Address water leaks and use wet vacuums and pumps to prevent damage.
