Job summary

Sun Lakes HOA II is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member to maintain cleanliness of common areas and assist in event setups. You will operate cleaning equipment and perform tasks across indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring doors, floors, restrooms, and grounds meet high standards.

Responsibilities include detailed cleaning, waste management, and collaboration with other staff to support daily operations in a friendly, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate careful, thorough cleaning practices.
• Strong awareness of safety procedures and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Cleans furniture, equipment, glass, floors, walls and counters as specified in assigned areas.
• Vacuums carpeted areas in assigned locations.
• Cleans, disinfects and maintains supplies in restrooms and showers in common areas.
• Maintains grounds by picking up refuse and sweeping/washing gum from walkways.
• Cleans fan blades and vents in all assigned areas.
• Ensures OSHA safe working conditions are maintained.
• Empties and cleans waste receptacles and replaces liners.
• Sets up equipment for events as assigned.
• Collaborates with housekeeping staff and assists as needed.
