Job summary

Invited is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and general upkeep of the club’s facilities both indoors and outdoors. You will perform routine cleaning, address immediate cleanliness concerns, and assist in maintenance across dining, fitness, and public areas.

Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will follow schedules, complete daily assignments, and coordinate with department heads to ensure high standards and safe operations at

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance, housekeeping, or janitorial services in a golf club environment.
• Familiarity with cleaning procedures and sanitation best practices.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques for various surfaces and high-traffic areas.
• Training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or building maintenance is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of indoor and outdoor club facilities, including restrooms, locker rooms, dining areas, and common spaces.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep/mop floors, and ensure areas meet club standards.
• Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, artwork, and HVAC registers.
• Perform or coordinate maintenance repairs across trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, flooring).
• Maintain a maintenance and project checklist for preventive upkeep and improvements.
• Communicate work requests and updates with supervisor and department heads.
