Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Custodian to safely perform maintenance, grounds and housekeeping tasks to keep the facility clean and sanitary.

Responsibilities include cleaning inside rooms, outside grounds, trash removal, recycling, basic repairs, restocking supplies, receiving deliveries, and maintaining bathrooms and equipment. Strong sanitation habits and reliable customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Partial High School education, HS diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
• Strong sanitation habits.
• Strong customer service abilities; helps customers and coworkers.
• Ability to recognize problems and report to management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inside cleanliness with dusting, vacuuming, and window washing.
• Keep outside property clean: mowing, raking, snow shoveling, trash pickup.
• Empty trash and replace bags; sort recycling.
• Respond to maintenance requests and move furniture as needed.
• Order supplies and keep storeroom stocked.
• Receive and store deliveries.
• Clean bathrooms and maintain supplies.
