SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. The role involves performing janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, and following all safety protocols to protect staff and visitors.

Qualifications include no specific education requirement with 3–6 months training, strong communication skills, and the potential for forklift certification.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment; proper handling of cleaning compounds and chemicals.

Responsabilités

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Perform Hazardous Waste responsibilities including collecting, classifying, sorting, storing, shipping and receiving, labeling, cleaning, recycling, packaging of special and hazardous waste.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
