Job summary

Guest Services is seeking a Custodian to perform skilled and routine maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping tasks to keep the facility clean and sanitary. The role includes cleaning inside spaces, tending outdoor areas, and handling trash and recycling while supporting basic repairs and deliveries.

Responsibilities include restroom upkeep, stocking supplies, and responding to maintenance requests. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, with strong sanitation habits and customer service

Qualifications

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Strong sanitation habits.
• Strong customer service abilities; actively looks for ways to assist customers and coworkers.
• Ability to recognize when a problem has occurred and communicate it to management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inside facility cleanliness: dusting, vacuuming, window washing.
• Maintain outside property cleanliness: mowing, raking, snow shoveling, trash pickup.
• Replace trash bags and sort recycling.
• Respond to basic maintenance requests and move furniture as needed.
• Receive deliveries and keep storeroom stocked.
• Clean bathrooms and maintain supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, soap).
