Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. in North Miami Beach, FL is seeking a Custodian to perform skilled and routine maintenance, groundskeeping, and housekeeping to keep the facility clean and sanitary.

The role covers inside cleaning, outside grounds work, trash removal, basic repairs, supplies ordering, deliveries, and bathroom stock maintenance. Emphasis on sanitation, customer service, and clear communication with management.

Qualifications

• Partial High School education; High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Strong sanitation habits.
• Strong customer service abilities; actively looks for ways to assist customers and coworkers.
• Ability to recognize when a problem has occurred and communicate it to management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the inside facility cleanliness and order (dusting, vacuuming, window washing).
• Maintain outside property cleanliness (mowing, raking leaves, snow shoveling, trash pickup).
• Replace trash bags, sort recycling, and empty bins.
• Respond to basic maintenance requests (change light bulbs, move furniture).
• Order supplies and keep storeroom stocked and clean.
• Receive and put away deliveries; clean bathrooms and stock supplies.
