Qualifications

• Custodial, building maintenance and event setup experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains kitchen exhaust filters and hoods.
• Cleans and restocks restrooms throughout the day.
• Cleans lower-level offices and storage areas.
• Cleans window blinds and light fixtures; may require off-hour shifts.
• Performs touchups in common areas and dining spaces.
• Oversees contract cleaning staff to ensure timely service; may occur off hours.
• Maintains storage and dock areas; manages inventory of supplies.
• Documents procedures and maintains audit records; prepares weekly progress reports.
• Supports safety, building use, and evacuation policies.
