Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian in Mukilteo, WA to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas in accordance with safety rules.

The role involves performing janitorial duties, daily schedule tasks, operating motorized cleaning equipment, and following all company protocols. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm, pay $19.00–$20.00 per hour. SBM offers comprehensive benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require valid driver's license.
• Safety certifications and forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and manuals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.

Responsibilities
