Responsibilities

• Cleans floors, ramps, stairs, restrooms; empties trash; handles recycling; polishes fixtures and replaces light bulbs.
• Cleans windows, walls, and fixtures; lifts and moves items as needed; sweeps and dusts surfaces.
• Shovels snow; secures buildings; reports security concerns and repairs.
• Assists with snow removal; follows safe work practices for biohazard/hazardous waste cleanup.
• Performs other duties as assigned and works in a team environment.
