Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. The role requires operating cleaning equipment, following a daily schedule, and adhering to safety policies.

The position includes hazardous waste responsibilities and teamwork to meet customer service standards. Shifts are Monday–Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm, with compensation at $13.00–$14.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require a valid driver’s license.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and follow the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain assigned area.
• Handle Hazardous Waste including collection, classification, sorting, shipping, labeling, and packaging.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor and follow safety rules.
• Work in a team, communicate professionally with staff and customers, and support shift changes.
