Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. The role covers routine janitorial tasks, hazardous waste handling, and ensuring safe, orderly facilities.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 5:30am–2:00pm, with a hourly rate of $16.00–$17.00. Candidates should be reliable, able to follow safety rules, and work well in a team while delivering quality service to customers.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require valid driver’s license and safety training certification.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work as part of a team with other employees.
• Maintain a clean work area.
