Job summary

Maitri Medicinals LLC is seeking a dedicated Custodian to maintain cleanliness and safety across our Pittsburgh facilities. You will perform general cleaning, laundry operations, restroom sanitation, and basic maintenance to support a professional environment for staff and patients.

This on-site role requires reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to follow safety procedures for chemical cleaners. Flexible scheduling may be required in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the facility.
• Maintain laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens, towels, scrubs, and other laundry items by color, size, and material.
• Clean and maintain laundry room equipment and work areas to ensure proper sanitation and functionality.
• Service, clean, sanitize, and restock restroom facilities.
• Monitor cleaning supply inventory levels and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Clean floors through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, polishing, and vacuuming.
• Collect, remove, and properly dispose of trash and waste materials in accordance with company procedures.
