Qualifications

• Experience as custodian/janitor or similar role.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and maintenance.
• Familiarity with basic landscaping and handyman practices.

• Good physical condition and strength.

Responsibilities

• Prepare spaces for the next day by removing trash, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces.
• Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets.
• Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers and restock disposables.
• Detail bathrooms and office spaces.
• Wipe mirrors and windows; report major damages and oversee repairs.
• Secure facilities after hours by locking doors and setting alarms.
• Undertake occasional custodial and janitorial tasks.
