Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Midland, TX is seeking a dedicated Cleaner/Janitor/Custodian to join the facilities support team. You will perform routine cleaning of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and conference rooms, and assist with meeting room setups. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 2–3 years of janitorial experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 2-3 years of janitorial/custodial or facilities support experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques, tools, and equipment (vacuum, buffers, mop systems).
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness/presentation.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and upkeep high-traffic and common areas throughout the day (lobbies, hallways, breakrooms, restrooms, elevators, conference rooms).
• Respond to janitorial service requests (spills, restocking supplies, spot-cleaning floors/windows/walls).
• Monitor entryways, doors, and exterior walkways; handle trash/recycling.
• Assist with meeting room setups and AV support as trained.
