Blue Cross Blue Shield Wyoming is seeking a Building and Grounds Custodian to maintain the appearance, safety, and usability of our Wyoming facilities for members, employees, and the public.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, good time management, a strong work ethic, and adaptability. A High School diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license are required; 1–2 years in building and grounds are preferred. Snow removal may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a current valid driver's license.
• Preference will be given to candidates with 1–2 years of progressive work experience (Building and Grounds).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and protect BCBSWY facilities to ensure clean, safe, and welcoming environments.
• Perform cleaning, maintenance, and basic repair tasks; manage exterior/interior appearance.
• Assist with snow removal around doors and sidewalks as needed.
