Maple South LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a dedicated Janitor to maintain clean, safe, and orderly facilities for employees and visitors. This full-time role involves daily cleaning duties, waste management, restocking supplies, and restroom upkeep, with a supportive team in a modern site.

Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $72,315 per year and includes health insurance, PTO, and retirement plans. You should be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, with flexibility

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous janitorial experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies.
Detail-oriented and reliable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
Evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Mansioni

Clean and sanitize common areas, restrooms, and office spaces on a daily basis.
Maintain and clean equipment, machinery, and vehicles as needed.
Perform scheduled deep cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Dispose of trash and recycling, and ensure proper storage of supplies.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness standards and report issues to the facility manager.
Assist in the organization and inventory of cleaning supplies.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
Work efficiently and meet daily cleaning schedules.
