Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a detail-oriented Janitor to perform non-routine cleaning and maintain offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining areas, and public spaces. The role may include special projects as needed.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, emptying trash, servicing restrooms, polishing furniture, cleaning windows, dusting, and aiding with minor repairs. We offer competitive benefits and an ESOP culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks.
