Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas. The role requires performing janitorial duties, following the daily schedule, and working safely with team members.

Shifts run 6AM to 5PM with compensation starting at $16.76 per hour and increasing to $17.25 after probation. A valid driver's license may be required for some locations; training of 3-6 months is typical.

Qualifications

• No minimum education requirement; training or experience preferred.
• Ability to perform essential duties safely in a team setting.
• May require forklift certification and valid driver's license depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Work as part of a team
• Maintain clean work area
