POD Health in Tampa is seeking an Office Custodian to join our maintenance team. This full-time role supports telehealth and clinical operations by keeping the Tampa office clean, stocked, and fully functional.

You will perform daily cleaning, manage supplies, prepare meeting spaces, and assist with room setups. The position requires reliability, physical stamina, and attention to detail to ensure a welcoming environment for staff and patients.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in cleaning is required.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools is a plus.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of the Tampa office including dusting, trash removal, mopping and sweeping.
• Maintain all office equipment and participate in deep cleaning projects.
• Prepare new hire desks and clean out desks of exit employees.
• Prepare rooms for meetings and ensure technology works.
• Keep office spaces in clean and orderly condition.
• Maintain cleanliness of telehealth and clinical workstations.
• Receive, unpack and organize office supplies and track inventory.
• Report facility issues to Maintenance Supervisor.
