Job summary

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid Florida driver’s license or the ability to obtain one within 30 days. Candidates with custodial experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Florida driver’s license or able to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning, sanitizing and general maintenance of classrooms, restrooms, and facilities.
• Clean and polish fixtures, windows, mirrors; clean chalkboards and whiteboards.
• Exterior cleaning of windows, corridors, walkways; monitor grounds for trash.
• Strip, wax, and buff floors; use pressure washing equipment as needed.
• Clean carpets and upholstery; support custodial duties for events.
