Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Custodian to keep the Amarillo donor center clean and orderly. You will perform routine cleaning of common areas, assist with light maintenance, and ensure supply levels are adequate to support daily operations.

The role emphasizes safety, confidentiality of donor information, and potential cross-training across areas as needed. High school diploma or equivalent required, with at least 3 months of custodial experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans tables, chairs, cabinets, counters and appliances in the employee break room and donor waiting area.
• Vacuums carpets, dusts furniture and removes trash.
• Cleans windows and doors daily.
• Performs minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, painting, minor plumbing and carpentry.
• Monitors grounds and parking lots and picks up litter.
• Assists in recycling and repackaging of shipping materials.
• Inspects and cleans restrooms; replaces paper and soap supplies; performs minor custodial tasks as required.
• Receives supplies from vendors and moves them to storage areas.
• Maintains a clean, efficient work environment and ensures supplies are available; follows HSE and OSHA policies; promotes safety.
• Maintains confidentiality of personnel, donor and center information.
• May be cross-trained in other areas to meet business needs.
• Bilingual skills may be required at the organization’s discretion.
• Perform job-related duties as assigned.
