Job summary

Sea Oaks Beach and Tennis seeks a full-time Janitor to maintain a clean, welcoming environment for members and guests. The role requires attention to detail, time management and efficiency across multiple site areas including the Beach Club, pools, and community spaces.

The position involves cleaning duties, restocking supplies, and coordinating with the Field Supervisor on maintenance needs while ensuring a safe and orderly environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and understand work orders.
• Understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Operate and clean related equipment and designated work area.
• Must possess reasonable ability to communicate in English.
• Subject to pre-employment drug testing and criminal history background check including fingerprinting.
• Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Launder towels, linens and uniforms; iron/fold as needed.
• Clean restrooms in the pools area.
• Maintain cleanliness of common area floors, walls, mirrors, doors and fixtures; restock materials.
• Empty trash and dispose of trash properly.
• Complete all assigned work orders.
• Communicate with the Field Supervisor on maintenance needs.
