Job summary

Enhancity is seeking a dedicated janitor to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety at our Miramar Beach location. This full-time role focuses on floor care, restroom sanitation, and routine surfaces upkeep.

Candidates should be able to lift and move items, pass a background check, and be authorized to work in the US. Ability to respond quickly to spills and follow safety protocols is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, standing and bending.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean floors in all facility areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners; clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Dust surfaces and wipe furniture; wash windows and walls as needed.
• Respond to cleaning emergencies; ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals.
• Report maintenance issues or hazards to the supervisor.
