Job summary

Rockline Industries is seeking a Facilities Custodian for the F Shift (Mon-Fri, 5:45 AM to 6:00 PM) in Booneville, AR. This role maintains cleanliness of breakrooms, restrooms, and office areas, and operates the floor scrubber with proper storage and safety practices.

You will manage trash, recycling, and bio-hazard containers, restock supplies, and assist the off-shift cleaning crew. RRITE values—Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence—guide daily work and safety responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in daily cleaning and sanitizing of breakrooms, restrooms, office areas.
• Ability to collect and discard trash and recycling and handle bio-hazard containers with care.
• Familiarity with cleaning supplies inventory and restocking activities.

Responsibilities

• Keep breakrooms, restrooms, office areas, handwash stations in tour-read, audit-ready status through daily cleaning and sanitizing.
• Collect and discard daily items from trash and recycling receptacles and bio-hazard containers.
• Operate, clean, and store floor scrubber equipment and assist with micro-control cleaning.
• Order and restock cleaning supplies and assist contracted off-shift crew as needed.
• Document daily tasks and any changes or additional work in the system.

Title: Facilities Custodian

Shift: F Shift; Monday - Friday from 5:45 AM - 6:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting at $16.77 per hour

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Keep breakrooms, restrooms, office areas, handwash stations "Tour Read - Audit Ready" status by daily cleaning and sanitizing.
• Collect and discard daily items from trash receptacles, recycle receptacles, bio-hazard containers.
• Responsible for operation, cleaning, and storage of the floor scrubber for micro control.
• Orders and restocks cleaning supplies.
• Work with and assist with guidance to the contracted off shift cleaning crew.
• Complete daily task list and document any additional work completed or changes needed.
• Access EAM for work orders and to document work order completion.
