Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Facilities Custodian to join their maintenance team in Boise, Idaho. The role focuses on keeping the facility clean, safe, and well-maintained, with responsibilities spanning general cleaning, restocking, and reporting hazards.

The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Shift is Monday through Friday, 3pm to 11:30pm, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Strong attention to safety procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and restock restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Monitor building condition and report maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Perform minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs or basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain floors through waxing, buffing, or carpet cleaning as required.

Our client, a leading organization in facility management, is seeking a Facilities Custodian to join their team. As a Facilities Custodian, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the overall cleanliness and safety of the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Custodian

Shift: Mon-Fri 3pm -11:30pm

What's the Job?

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
