Job summary

Qualifications

• Vo-Tech, Associate’s degree, or equivalent in a related field.
• Three (3) years of related experience; and one (1) year of leadership or supervisor experience are required.
• Must pass a thorough criminal history screening and have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience may be substituted for degree. Education may be substituted for experience.

Responsibilities

• Determines daily and special project schedules; assigns tasks and supervises custodial staff.
• Trains, coaches, and mentors staff; oversees key control and safety procedures.
• Evaluates equipment/vendors, updates inventory, and monitors contracts.
• Monitors cleaning program progress and compiles performance data.
• Completes paperwork, timesheets, work orders, and logs using computerized systems.
