Responsibilities

• Approves leave requests and evaluates subordinates.
• Trains custodians on procedures and safety protocols.
• Creates and implements the Master Cleaning Schedule and revises it as needed.
• Reviews custodial work, identifies deficiencies and addresses lapses.
• Oversees FMX work order systems for custodial tasks.
• Oversees custodial inventory and prepares supply requisitions.
