Qualifications

• Two years of experience in custodial, housekeeping, groundskeeping, or food service work.
• Experience supervising subordinate custodians and coordinating tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all subordinate custodians for assigned tasks and ensures equipment is provided.
• Trains lower-level custodians on procedures and safety protocols.
• Creates and implements the Master Cleaning Schedule and revises as needed.
• Utilizes FMX work order system for custodial work orders.
