Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in custodial operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must read, write and understand the native language, communicate effectively, and follow detailed instructions.
• Requires knowledge of machinery related to custodial operations.
• Requires listening, interpersonal, computer and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts and time constraints.
• Must maintain friendly, efficient customer service toward customers and co-workers.
• Adaptable to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates custodial and housekeeping operations.
• Maintains communication with department managers and directors and client partners.
• Inspects the facility to ensure quality in custodial and housekeeping operations.
• Reviews job orders and coordinates staff to optimize use of resources.
• Ensures compliance with Aramark and client standards, policies, regulations.
• Understands departmental expenses to maintain budget conditions.
