Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Custodial Manager to lead custodial operations and supervise staff. You will report to senior management and ensure client satisfaction through quality control and efficient resource use.

Responsibilities include coordinating housekeeping, communicating with managers, inspecting facilities, and managing expenses. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with 2–5 years in custodial operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in custodial operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must read and write in English and communicate effectively.
• Requires knowledge of machinery related to custodial operations.
• Requires listening, interpersonal, computer and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates custodial and housekeeping operations
• Maintains communication with department managers and client partners
• Tours and inspects the facility to ensure quality management in custodial operations
• Reviews job orders and coordinates activities to efficiently use staff, materials and equipment
• Maintains compliance with Aramark’s and client’s standards and regulations
• Understands departmental expenses to maintain budget conditions
