SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodial Lead to oversee cleaning and sanitation for assigned areas and provide basic guidance to custodial staff. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and help keep facilities safe and presentable.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of related experience, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and a valid driver's license may be required.

• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on business needs.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Provide work direction to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Schedule clean up and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities if required.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.
