Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Senior Custodial Lead to oversee cleaning operations and provide direction to custodial staff. The role emphasizes safety, equipment operation, and inventory control while ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related custodial experience. CPR/First Aid may be required, with additional certifications a plus.

• CPR/AED/First Aid certification may be required.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs janitorial duties as assigned.
• Provides work direction to custodians as directed by the Custodial Supervisor.
• Assists in scheduling and training of staff as needed.
• Operates motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintains equipment and supplies inventory.
• Reports incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
