SpaceX in Bastrop, TX is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to provide critical administrative and operational support for our growing space infrastructure projects. You will coordinate work orders, space planning, vendor management, and purchasing, ensuring facilities run efficiently.

Responsibilities include coordinating with construction managers, managing RFPOs in ERP systems, negotiating service contracts, scheduling contractors, maintaining inventory, and supporting safety, ITAR/NDA

Qualifications

2+ years of customer service, facilities coordination, vendor/contract management, or facilities maintenance experience.
High school diploma or equivalency certificate.

Responsabilités

Coordinate work orders in WARP and ERP systems; manage RFPOs and work orders.
Negotiate service contracts and manage vendor relationships.
Coordinate schedules and logistics to minimize operational impact.
Maintain inventory, equipment, and seating arrangements; assist with space planning.
Support ITAR/NDA compliance, safety training, and signage.
Prepare reports and coordinate inter-departmental meetings.
