Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of facilities maintenance and operations experience.

• Experience negotiating and establishing facilities/maintenance contracts.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

* Perform preventive maintenance, except as required by 3rdparty contract or regulations

* Ensure maintenance and repairs are scheduled and performed to minimize production disruption

* Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and optimization

* Ensure employees and contractors areeffectivelytrained tooperatefacility equipment

* Develop and implement facilities cost reduction programs

* Prepare preliminary cost estimates, project proposals,and capital expenditure requests

* Negotiatecontractsfor facilities maintenance and facility modificationsthat meet the Company needsandwith favorable terms & conditions

* Implement and manage maintenance vendor contracts
