Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily walkthroughs and site inspections to maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational office.
  • Respond to work orders, manage repairs and maintenance, and track progress to KPI targets.
  • Serve as the primary contact for site amenities, reception, mail, equipment, and visitor coordination.
  • Coordinate on-site events, meetings, conferencing facilities, and office moves/reconfigurations.
  • Provide direction to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers for seamless execution.
  • Update site records, emergency plans, and safety protocols to ensure compliance.

Facilities Coordinator – JLL

As a Facilities Coordinator at JLL, you will play a critical role in supporting a collaborative, high-performance work environment. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for daily site operations, ensuring our client's office environment is clean, organized, safe, and running seamlessly. By managing work orders, coordinating vendors, and delivering exceptional service that meets or exceeds Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), you will directly contribute to JLL’s business success and foster outstanding client relationships.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs and site inspections to ensure a clean, organized, safe, and fully operational office environment.
  • Respond promptly to work orders, managing and tracking repairs, maintenance, and minor works to completion while maintaining KPI compliance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for site amenities and office operations, supporting reception, mail services, equipment maintenance, and visitor coordination.
  • Coordinate and support on-site events, meetings, conference facilities, and office moves or reconfigurations.
  • Provide direction, information, and support to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to ensure seamless execution of work with minimal disruption.
  • Update and maintain accurate site records, emergency response plans, and safety protocols to ensure compliance and readiness.
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or a related service-oriented field.
  • Strong customer service experience with a focus on delivering high-quality service and meeting client expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs to support office setups, moves, and daily operations.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong dedication to teamwork, cooperation, and personal success.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with vendor management or coordinating specialized services.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating events and setting up meeting/conference facilities.
  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety (EHS) requirements and guidelines.
  • Understanding of basic technical aspects of commercial properties, such as HVAC, chiller systems, fire protection, and mechanical/electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with maintaining site documentation, records, and assisting with vendor procurement.

Work Shift:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with overtime opportunities)

Salary/Compensation:

$54,800.00 - $72,160.00

Estimated Compensation:

Estimated compensation for this position: 54,800.00 – 72,120.00 USD per year
